How a project runs

Four phases. Each one is a decision point.

Discovery

One 45-minute call to learn your offer, your buyers, your unit economics, and the channels that actually make sense for you. We audit your current site, analytics, and any live ad accounts, then map a realistic channel mix and target CAC. Before you sign anything, you receive a written plan covering scope, timeline, the budget split between build and media, and the KPIs we will be measured on.

Build & set up

Site design, copy, development, SEO foundation, and listings cleanup. In parallel we wire server-side conversion tracking, GA4, and CRM hand-off. We then build the ad accounts across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including campaign structure, audiences, negative lists, pixel and CAPI, UTM taxonomy, and the first round of creative and landing pages.

Launch

Site goes live after a speed, indexing, and accessibility pass. Campaigns launch in a controlled spend window so we can confirm every conversion fires correctly across every channel before scaling. We start narrow on one or two channels with tight geos and audiences, then open the budget once the data is clean and the cost per lead looks honest.

Grow & optimize

Weekly optimization on every paid channel covers bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, landing-page tests, and search-term cleanups. Monthly SEO, listings, and on-site improvements run alongside. One consolidated report ties spend to leads, qualified leads, and revenue, and a quarterly channel-mix review shifts budget toward whatever is actually producing pipeline.

How long does a website build take?
Most builds run six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. The exact timeline depends on scope, content readiness, and how quickly we get feedback.
What does SEO actually cost?
SEO engagements start at $1,800 per month on a three month minimum. We scope each retainer to the keywords, competition, and content workload your category needs.
Do you require long contracts?
No long lock-ins. SEO and ad retainers run on a three month initial period and then go month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days notice.
